Microsoft Dynamics Field Service 365 comes to the RealWear HMT-1 and HMT-1Z1 hands-free head mounted devices for industrial workers. This open source code from Microsoft will help system integrators and other solution providers build high quality work order management user experiences for customers. Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service is Microsoft’s product for supporting field service technicians, and managing/monitoring their work.
